Leigh Flanagan
Leigh Flanagan grew up in Missouri, watching and learning as her father invested in and developed commercial and residential real estate. Leigh moved to Colorado in 1996 where she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2003. After graduating law school, she joined the U.S. Department of Justice, went on to clerk for several federal court judges, and then entered private practice with a small boutique law firm in Denver. Her private practice focused on restructuring secured and unsecured debt in real estate cases, for individual and corporate real estate investors, owners, and developers.
While practicing law, Leigh obtained her Colorado real estate broker license in 2007. She officially transitioned from the practice of law to a full-time real estate broker by joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015. Leigh’s real estate clients benefit from her experience and skills developed during her time in the law. She is committed to delivering the highest level of service and results for her clients. She does so by listening to her client's individual needs and understanding their short-term and long-term real estate goals. Whether you're looking to buy or sell, you'll certainly benefit from Leigh's knowledge of the Denver markets, strong negotiating and contracts skills, investment expertise, and her client-centered approach.
In addition to being a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, she is a member of the Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents. When not working, Leigh enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children in the Solterra neighborhood of Lakewood, across the Denver metro area, or in the Colorado mountains. She is an avid mountain biker and skier and enjoys yoga, hiking, trail running and travel.
